- Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. rs20 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
- You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, unless it can be demonstrated that unauthorised access took place and rs20 was notified promptly.
- Users are prohibited from sharing login credentials with any other party, including family members or friends.
Rs20 reserves the right to request identity verification from any user at any time for security and compliance purposes. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension until the process is complete.

FAQ3. Platform Usage Rules
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without written authorisation from rs20.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Spread false, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, or game manipulation that could compromise the integrity of the platform.
- Use your rs20 account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations governing the use of online entertainment platforms.
- Use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only, without prior authorisation.
- Report any technical errors, security vulnerabilities, or suspicious activity to the rs20 support team promptly.
- Do not use the platform while under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a way that may impair your judgement.
- Ensure your use of the platform remains within your personal financial means.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the rs20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). rs20 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies directly. Users are solely responsible for any currency conversion charges that may be imposed by their bank or payment service provider.
Deposit & Withdrawal
- Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including local online banking and listed digital wallets. Available methods are subject to change from time to time.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or payment method registered by the user. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and internal verification procedures.
- Rs20 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until identity verification and source of funds checks have been fully completed.
- Any attempt to abuse the payment system, including initiating chargebacks without valid grounds, may result in account suspension and legal action.
Tax & Financial Compliance
Users are solely responsible for complying with all tax obligations relating to winnings or income earned through the rs20 platform. rs20 does not provide tax advice and accepts no liability for any user's tax obligations.
5. Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Rs20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Valid fund balances will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to any outstanding claims.
Rs20 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system downtime, or data errors beyond our reasonable control. Users access the platform at their own risk.
All content on the rs20 platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations, is the exclusive property of rs20 or our licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
